Ripoff Promised an Ipod for joining Dish kept my $20.00 for shipping and still no Ipod

I subscribed to Dishnet with the promise of a IPOD this was in June! I have been promised it MANY times and even sent them the $19.99 for shipping in which they have kept and still no Ipod! I have called Dish and told them and they dont care, so when my contract is over I will cancel that too. I have called dozens of times and it always says the mailbox is full i leave a message and nobody ever returns my calls. Why are these people getting away with this? They are stealing from people by keeping the money orders that are sent to them.
