Poor customer service

I handle a flat complex. We've been glued for termites with Arrow for 7 years. We transformed administration lately, and evidently the restoration statement tucked through the breaks. I named them to obtain a backup of the bill so we're able to spend it, but a couple of days later we were terminated for non payment. The amusing thing is, they terminated us about the day-we named about some pest destruction on a single of our structures. The supervisor was really rude to us, and thus was the assistant. I told them what occurred, which the check was coming. The supervisor informed us to stop our cost since it was too late. I'd heard rumors about them managing clients unfairly, but did not wish to think it so far. I don't recommmend them. They're good enough for you to obtain you like a client, after which they handle you really badly.
