RIPOFF not forth coming with information and uncooperative

Arrow Finanical Services claims they have a debt to collect from me. I have requested this information in writing. They claim they have sent something in writing. I request a copy of this letter. I get put on hold. The CSR comes back and states that the supervisor said "NO!", because they have sent letters to me. I can not get anything in writing from them. Nor have I ever received anything from them.

I request a mailing address to send them a reply or to send a check. Arrow will not give me an address. They want my personal checking account information to debit my account. I can not send in a payment.

I have told them to "sist & decease" they were calling me 2 or 3 times a day at work. They still call to harrass me everyday. I still ask for something in writing each time. I request a billing schedule, a settlement in writing or a mailing address. The CSR of Arrow will hangs up the phone on me. They want the full payment now or else.
