Package to NC Took Three Days, Delivered to Wrong Address

FedEx is a rip-off. I sent a package to NC, expecting it to have been delivered as promised. It took the package three days to reach its destination. I was told I would receive a refund. However, the money was never returned to me because they had delivered to the wrong address.

The rep told me that the person who had tried to deliver it was not the regular driver. I asked her what time the regular driver received it, and she told me. I told her that was impossible because the regular driver had called me for directions to this home.

I filed a complaint with the company, and they emailed me back and asked for my tracking number. I gave it to them and have not heard anything else from them. This was two months ago.

It is not about the money. The company is dishonest. I could have used a thirty-four-cent stamp if it was not important. They can keep the stinking money. I will never use their services again and will discourage friends and family from being ripped off by this company.
