Unfair suspension stealing money

This online website was made for others who enjoy shopping for clothes for their children. We also are able to buy and sell clothes on here.

I was a member for just a few months receiving only positive feedback from buyers and sellers. I had 3 occasions where I had issues with a buyer that I tried my hardest to make right. For one buyer I ended up giving a refund and let them keep the item. For another occasion the buyer said I sent the wrong item, she wanted a specific line shirt. I also had another shirt in the same size of the same line that I sent her for free and she said I was an idiot and that it was still the wrong shirt. She had specifically said she wanted the size 8 of this line name shirt. It turns out in the end that it was her fault because she meant to say she wanted the size 10 of this line shirt I had for sale.

She still left me negative feedback so I wanted to leave her one in return. This website kept taking off my negative every time I left it.in the end the moderator took off both of our negative feedbacks. So then awhile later I had another seller. She wanted almost $200 worth of clothes I had for sale. I ended up giving her so many discounts she got all these clothes for $108. A full month after she got her box she claimed the items weren't in the condition posted which was good used condition and I stood by that. She also said over 10 items weren't in the box which is completely false because I used a checklist when I packed the box. I did not understand why she waited a whole month to complain but I did offer a partial refund of $27 which was a 25% refund. She ended up telling me she wanted a $56 refund (half of what she paid) and I refused and she left me a negative.

I felt I had the reason to leave her a negative in return. Again it kept getting erased and I would leave it again with a note as to why I was leaving it. I tried to contact a moderator who would not respond. When she did respond she was very nasty to me and the very next day my account was suspended indefinately. The reason why? Because I was trouble and to opinionated. I had no way to respond or defend myself. I sent an email to the webmaster with no response.

I guess membership is based on IP addresses because my best friend who is living with me for the moment tried to sign up for an account and they suspended her account. So just because she lives here, she can't have an account either? That is quite descriminating I think.

And the very worst part, the main part for this report is that to buy and sell on this site, you have to pay $3.99 a month for membership which is paid via paypal. This website had the nerve to charge me $3.99 a full 2 weeks after my suspension. So I'm paying for a product I am not getting. I have emailed them 3 times asking them to refund my money and they refuse to do so. I have filed a claim with paypal but it hasn't gone anywhere so i'm not sure what to do next.
