Mikescoins1 Mikescoins2 Walruscoins Did not send items won on E-Bay, had to file a claim with Paypal/E-Bay for refund

I won 4-5 items from this seller that in fact were very nice coins, then I won 8 items from him, I paid after the last item closed which was approx. 2 days from first item to the last item. I paid using Paypal, and still have the transaction records to prove this. I waited 8 days, did not receive the items, this first wins came in 3 days. I think he lives in PA, but not sure of that, so after 8 days I tried to contact him using E-Bays communication system "contact seller'. He never replied to the first, second, third, fourth E-mails I sent to him. I sent 1-2 more, but received no answer, I check my Paypal account and saw that he had removed the total amount for the items won the next day after the last win. After waiting 20 days and no reply from the seller. I filed a claim with E-Bay and Paypal, they said they would check into the problem. 5-6 days later they said that he was going to return my money, but he filed an unpaid claim against me so he could get his E-Bay fees returned to him, or so he says that was the reason. Then he files a Negative Feedback against me and said the reason he didn't ship the item was" I can not ship until I am paid" and made the statement that I am very dumb or something like that since he can't ship until he is paid, which is totally untrue. Then corrected himself and stated the reason he had not shipped the items was the fact that I had made a claim to E-Bay and Paypal which was true. He then offered to remove the negative feedbacks he left for me if; I would remove his negative feedbacks I left for him. Which I flatly refused to do, he used this method to keep his feedbacks down with other people which he had cheated, and a lot of people were willing to do that to keep their feedback off from him. So consequently I got 8 negative feedbacks from him I really did not deserve because I refused to remove his negative feedbacks, since then E-Bay has modified the system so that sellers can no longer leave any type of feedback, which he posted a very strong protest to E-Bay about this rule. I don't really know why he is even allowed to sell on E-Bay as they post their rules very strongly, and enforce them even more strongly. I my own opinion the only reason he is still on E-Bay is;he brings in a lot of money for E-Bay and Paypal which is owned by E-Bay. As you look at his record of problems over the last 1 to 3 years, and I think anyone if they looked at it with an open and fair mind would agree that this seller bends, breaks and actually ridicules the rules that E-Bay states and supposedly enforces. Of course this is only MY OPINION, but from the looks of his record, it is also the opinion of at least 200-300 others.
