Fraudulent use of my credit card Chicago Illinois

Someone used my credit card to order a product from House of Brides, and they will not cooperate so I can find out where the order was shipped.in fact, a detective working my case called to get information and they would not help him, but told him they needed a court order. So, when he called back to find out where to send the court order, no one called him back.in addition, I am the victim of a crime, and they have been rude to me and have no sympathy for my situation whatsoever! I would never order anything from this company - even if my life depended on it. I hope you don't have to either!
