Scam/Fraud/Bad Business Practices Skokie Illinois

This company is a scam and a fraud. Owner does not return emails or phone calls. Actually the owner tells you he is just a manager. Found out he was the owner after my 10th call to him. He has an accent so it is easy to tell who he is. He left me on hold and when I called back he had a woman answer. She is the one who told me he was the owner and now he was not available!

Work was not properly done. Ducts still dirty.
UV system put in was $1500 and is not even EPA approved.
It is a cheap system made in China. Lead Sales employees are smooth talkers. I asked for a refund on the UV system. Owner was screaming at me. I told him I was filing a complaint with Mastercard. He told me to go right ahead and do so.

This company is listed as unsatisifactory with the Better Business Bureau. Several other reports on Ripoff. Wish I had read them before I contracted them. This is the first time I have ever had anything like this happen to me.

I have had 2 other opinions from actual Heating/Air companies and they both told me the same thing about the quality of the system and the ducts not done properly. And of course the price was totally out of line.
They are very sly. ValPak should take their coupon out of their packets.
