What a total scam on consumers

I signed up only as introductory to the program to gain insight. It says to check everything out for 7 days and if you're not overjoyed, simply return the starter kit within 7 days and you won't be charged a cent.

So reasonable minds would contend that they will be sending you a starter kit of some sort... Nope! You are supposed to know somehow that you are to go on-line for immediate access. Even though it says Watch Your Mailbox we are shipping your eBay Success System Kit, and you should receive it in 1 to 5 days. It arrived 15 days later and thus, I was charged $39.95 and get this. They attempted to charged me an additional $9.95 for Identification Protection.

I will contest the charges through my credit union and see what they say. Oh and when you call them, it takes a very long time to get through (on-hold for over 20 minutes) I just wonder how many people just hung up and gave up.
