National Home Protectection Home Warrentys Nhp Does not pay venders but rips them off, they hide form you and do not return calls

We were contacted by National Home Protect and asked to do Ac repairs and major appliance repairs for their insured and they would pay us in 30 days. Things went well or a month or so. They kept sending service calls but stopped paying. They refused to return our calls or reg. Mail would answer our calls switch us to billlings due and then the line would go dead. Yet they kept sending service calls for us to do. We called all the families we serviced and they were all very please with the services and repairs we did for them and refered us back to them for payment. You can call and call the number but get no answer for days and then you get a promise of payment and they agree they owe the funds but promises is all you get. We let them get 6 months behind before we cut them off. We sent letter after letter and 15 or so faxes no payments. We now have to file a lien on the homeowners property but National Home Protect tells the people don't worry they will not do it. They don't care if the homeowner gets a lien on their property for nonpayment to contractors. Stay away from this company they are rip offs and do not pay their bills. It have been over a year. To confirm call the company for yourself and see if they answer their phones.
