Bad customer service

I had been with Confidus for around 2.5 years. The very first six months with Confidus were great, next, it had been only issues. I'd about 10 balances together on various machines. We'd issues nearly REGULAR. 8-hour down-times were frequent. When I began shifting customers absent, Todd Seabaugh explained "if you like stability, you need to use Trade hosting, not POP3 accounts" Strangely, Nowadays I've been place in cost of moving a customer who's presently mad with Confidus due to their downtime, who's on an Exchange managed account together.
