I received my bundle of WeatherTech Window Deflectors In The Parts-Bin - All OEM Components Inc.- Auto Parts Warehouse - Bodymasters Autoparts (these are the exact same businesses using the same Telephone Number) plus they were damaged upon arrival from FedEx. The container have been killed (badly Packed, these are plastic), I named customer support at-All OEM Components Inc. And so they stated that they'd not change them. They explained that I'd to buy another collection and delay 4-6 months to get a reimbursement on these useless damaged components (Like I had been likely to provide them with my charge card # again, NOT)! Despite the fact that I described it was not my problem they nevertheless wouldn't move, not really after detailing the FedEx man mentioned the broken container on his portable pc! All the titles in the above list are area of the same organization using the same (888) 623-3247 telephone number. I did so record this towards the Better Business Institution and that I might suggest that other people do exactly the same should this happen for you

Based On another guy's criticism (Auto Parts Warehouse); he also needed to pay delivery to come back his product after which they charged him a $14.00 re stock charge for ground pads which were not the right dimension! Many businesses handle their clients with a lot more pride than this, particularly if they need return company

They'll not allow you to consult with any administrators and certainly will not use you at-all! Actually, nowadays (3-14-07) I named again wishing to capture a boss which was not in a gathering, Not Really A Opportunity!!! To date, I've talked to Mora, David ext. 2524 and Arvin and never one of these simple customer support representatives may move a phone to some boss

Businesses like these that bring such terrible company integrity should be documented, since all of US prefer to genuinely believe that companies are likely to be truthful and polite of the clients.

I'll continue to publish these grievances to ensure that everybody might find what my encounter with one of these businesses is likely to be as it pertains time for you to concern a credit for me personally. May they manage this with Integrity or Not? May they Matter a Credit after getting the Components back or May they cost me a restocking charge for Useless components which were damaged upon shipping? May they wait 4-6 MONTHS before giving a credit?
