Rip off - stole my money

Client advertised wedding photography services on craigslist.com and stated that she had been in business for 8 years and she used other professional photographer's pictures to build her website. She was called out about this on craigslist and she quickly removed her website on 05/12/09. I was scheduled to take my engagments pictures with her on 05/16/09.

I tried calling her on 05/15/09 to reschedule. She didnt answer her phone all day and claimed she was at a wedding. I was scheduled to take my engagement photos today and she never showed up. I drove from Charlotte to Raleigh only to have her husband call me and say she had been in car accident on her way to shoot my pictures (yeah right). He gave me no other information. This woman ripped me off and I am going to get my money back. She can not get away with his.
