Webinar explain its product, when you buy it, module shows different product

I watched webinar for like 7 times, about one and a half hours each, this guy afshin was consistently explaining that when you use their system there is no problem buying and selling sp500 e-mini futures. Just place your order at a specific point in advance and when market reach that point you buy your contract in less than a second weather you buy 1 or 10 or 100 contracts, any number in less than a second you got it. Same thing when you sell the contract, just put it at a specific point weather you sell 1 or 100 contracts or more when market reach that point, in less than a second all your contracts sold. When they sent to me their learning module, its different - when you put your buy order at a specific point there are numbers there, say 300 when i press my buy signal it becomes 301, mine is 301st they have to buy contract for the first 300 only then i can buy my contract, meanwhile market moves, i could buy a contract on the first tick, second tick, third tick, theres no guarantee at which point they fill up my order. The same thing when i sell my contract, when i press sell signal, i have to wait for hundreds of contracts who press their signal ahead of me to be sold before they sold mine meanwhile market moves, there is no guarantee when they can sell my contract-one tick away, two ticks or four ticks. I was fooled. They took 2995-dollars from my credit card, they refuse to cancel my order. Can a legit business allow to present a product different from what they deliver? I need help, please cancel my order...
