They are deducting money thru credit card without informing or getting confirmation from customer

Namesdatabase.com are making money by charging their customer without any notification. I become member of this company in Year 2005 and paid annual fee. I used its services for few months and never used it any further. But they keep on deducting the annual charges from my account WITHOUT EVEN NOTIFYING ME.
Its clearly mentioned in their terms that they shall intimate customer before continuing with their services and charging any annual fee. But they dont do the normal practice and keep on deducting the amount.
They have not displayed any contact information on the site to avoid direct fury of customer.
