Aspire Visa
Erroneously charged annual fee of $59.00

I have called several times to no avail. I sent the customer service department a copy of the agreement which was included with the credit card which clearly showed that thier was$0.00 anuual fee. They wrote back that "the annual percentage rates assigned to my account was included with my change in terms"

First of all the change in terms stated that annual fee if any would be "assessed upon the issuanceof the card" The issuanceof the card included $0.00 annual fee clearly written on the back of the paper which included the card. I faxed this to Aspire and they refered to the annual percentage rates. It's clear to me that there was no annual fee on this card.
