My company was a Mood Food vendor for 10 years, We stayed because the event quality was very good, and the portfolio shots worth it. Getting paid on the other hand was never anything but difficult. Checks arrived months after work was done, and often only when a new pending job was forcing payment.

I agree that from a client's perspective it all looked great, but as a worker / vendor it more than sucked. Proof? We have a $22,000 judgement against them in NY civil court, as I am sure other do as well. Stay far away.
