They took money out of my bank account but never sent me the shoes we purchased for my son's birthday

My husband and I ordered shoes for my son's 15th birthday and TwinCitiesSucreme took the money out of our account but never sent the shoes. I received an email stating they would send the tracking information as soon as the shoes were sent out but that was weeks ago. Now we cannot purchase another birthday present and it is as if we never got him anything. We are so hurt and everytime our son asks if we have heard anything back yet all I do is cringe. How can I tell him they ripped us off and now he won't be getting the shoes we ordered. It is heart breaking.
