This company is a total scam. They sell warrantyies through reputable stores and companies offering warranty protection on wood products, furniture, fabric, and so on. They look for every excuse not to cover and they are just a total scam. I was very honest with them and upfront and they just take advantage. Dont waste your money as i did. They have a good looking website and they claim to be easy to deal with. I dealt with ADDRIANNA and she just never got back to me and I keep on getting their answering machine. Please do yourself a favor and dont purchase any of their products
