Patio door needs recaulked and cold air comes in windows. Contacted co. Last year and so far nothing is being done about my problem

Patio door needs to be recaulked. The windows leak cold air. The first windows I got are better than the last four I purchased. I have contacted the co. And the salesman about this matter but nothing has been done. They did say they laid off their service men but still have someone available to service their customers when needed. I payed a fortune for these windows and door and I do expect them to make the repairs or whatever is needed. I am a 80 year old senior and don't need this stress in my life. Thank you for taking my complaint.
