Matrix business solutions is a rip off

They took over $5000 from me to settle my tax debt. They were supose to settle my tax liability for the 6 year period that i did not pay for my corporation. They took care of two years which were the lowest that i owed which was about $1700. This i could of just paid off. My problem year was with a debt over 200,000. They told me that i needed to send in more money to settle this debt because it will take them more time. I wonder why they decided to settle the lower debt when it would have been cheaper for me to pay it off than pay there fee. I feel totaly riped off. They also gave me some numbers to call for people that they helped. Some were satisfied some were not. They contacted me over the phone and scared me by telling me what the irs would do. After all of this i contacted my irs agent and they were the best help. They told me what the did probably took 5-6 hours at the most.
