I've bought from IGN before and been pleased, which means this isn't an initial time purchase. This time around I bought the overall game "Wow" through their site www.direct2drive.com

The download application they use wouldn't focus on my pc. Moreover, I applied every troubleshooting action on the site and may not have it to function. Additionally, I approached tech support team and received no reaction.
