Maxtor Fraud in rebate scam, wanted litigants for a possable class action suit victimized many consumers, Nationwide

Hello:

My name is Bill Moore I was angry when i purchased a 120 gig Maxtor hard drive with a 60 dollar rebate from Best Buys, in Santa Rosa ca.

I was immediately angry after reading the " rebate intructions' because of the purposeful obfuscation, misleading, and VERY transparent method employed to confuse, decieve and defraud the public with Best Buys and Maxtors rebate requirements.

To split the rebate, and make it not just one, but two seperate actions, and then, three seperate actions, forcing the consumer have to take more actions to copy, and send differing portions of the packaging to two seperate states, was laughably transparent. I knew immediatly this was a planned repetetive pattern of criminal fraud foisted upon the public By best Buys, and, possably maxtor. The scale of this theft is massive.in fifteen minutes I saw over a thousand complaints about this repetitive theft.
