Modem rebate ripoff Atlanta, Georgia

I signed up with ATT for wireless internet service on January 9th. I ordered the wireless modem that had an advertised $100.00 rebate. I called the first part of February and was told that there was not a rebate on that modem. After 3 phone calls and staying on the phone for 2 hours I finally was told the modem did have a rebate and it would be given to me in a bill credit.

I just happened to look on the rewards website and found that I had to claim my reward, which I did. I called about the bill credit and was told it would be 2 months till I would get it.

Well, I have called every month since then and have been told it would be 2 or 3 more months due to their screw-up by not sending the credit to the billing people. I was told today that it will be 2 or 3 more months... This will put it about August, if I get it then!!! After posting this on my facebook page I have had others tell me ATT ripped them off... WHAT IS GOING ON??? Something needs to be done about this.
