An Interface Company Very delayed refund, 5 months

These guys sold me a security system which they were unable to install. It took me 5 months and more than 15 phone calls to get a refund of $31. They were very unprofessional, acting like they couldn't hear me on the phone, or it was breaking up, transferring me to a dial tone, transferring me to a voicemail. Like i said, very unprofessional. Finally i got my refund and an apology that this was a very unusual case; well maybe it was unusual but 5 months??!! Really, how dumb do they think i am?
