The never produced the photography book as promised. I paid $69.00 for nothing. Who's doing what about this?

Are we just going to complain or is someone going to do something about this rip off!? I am going to contact the BBB as I'm sure they've already been notified of this bogus company. I did reach them once and they told me that the photography book would be produced and sent out mid-year. Since then, I've tried to call the number on your website to no avail. TO ALL CONCERNED: Let's keep each other notified and up-to-date about the status of what's going on with our complaints, please. Thank you.
