This company did not visit my house and take care of my two cats on the contract dates. When I contacted them by email, I did not receive any reply about how they would refund my money. I reached Ellen, who told me she was the manager, on the phone and she had no concern about what happened. When I asked about my prepaid fees to her company, all the sudden she was no longer the manager. She told me she would contact accounting and I have not heard from them. Her attitude was "Oh well." Never one apology for not taking care of my cats.
