Overcharged the customer sandy rive

Teresa's Original Florist & Gift Shop in Sandy River seriously screwed up my order to the MAX!

1st of all, I was told I would only be charged $50.00 and was actually charged on my credit card the amount of $53.00 This "flower shop" and their reputation will drive them out of business quickly!

Very uncooperative and very rude. I was told to 'shut up' twice (actually yelled at) while requesting a refund from Teresa directly. I ordered a plant for Mother's Day and 3 small flowers died the next day, branches were broken off of the plant, no vibrant colors in the arrangement / only pale colors and wilted. Water picks were empty (2 of 3 had water), along with the old dingy straw/plastic container the plant came in from the wholesaler that is suppose to be changed after delivery to the 'flower shop' before being sold. I live in NYC and thought I could trust this broad 'Teresa' to fulfill my wishes for Mother's Day of all Holidays - I've learned otherwise about her business! I own a very reputable balloon store here in NYC and would never run my business this way!
