Terrible company

Suffice it to express that Sears deliberately and carefully provides home-delivery and installment discounts they don't recognize. Is not this a deceptive company training? Several hurdles are tossed up round the refund software procedure which are annoying and embarrassing. This really is my 3rd encounter leaping through the "on line and phone" hoops to obtain a quality. Our child is coping with exactly the same issues re: "free home-delivery and installment" of the gasoline variety bought in Nov. For Christmas. WHERE ARE THE LAWS PROTECTING CONSUMERS FROM THESE "BAIT-AND-SWITCH" SELFISH & AGGRESSIVE METHODS??? Because our politicians are purchased and taken care of by major companies, overlook calling them. The press scrambles for advertisings bucks and also have ruined customer fraud reporting... Imagine we will all need to get together and boycott these @#$%$#@ oneday... Sure we will!!! A lot of docile lamb being fleeced and taking it without a "baaaaa!"
