Understaffed and ill-trained. After being informed my easy color copying work (400 copies) couldn't be achieved before following day, I employed a color copier to self-service printing what I needed. Utilizing document I bought from their store (shine finish) I experimented with backup. After numerous mis bottles, document jams (that we removed myself-no team available) and an charge meter that appeared multiply in the place of include I quit t/e completing my work as my charge included as much as near to $475.

Lesson learned-it is cheaper to color printing in the home. For $75 in printer cartridge printer along with a ream of gloss paper I really could did the same t/e the disappointment and overall price gouging.
