Our company phone service is billed through ATT in Tennessee but we have 8 locations in 8 other states and have had the same ripoff billings from ILD and OAN at each location. The best solution I have found is to immediately go to the state website for the Attorney General of that state and file an online complaint against your phone company and against the 3rd party billing company (ILD Svcs in this case). You will not believe how fast you will get a refund and how fast your phone company will put a block on your telephone number to block all 3rd party billings. Yes, the phone company can do this but will never volunteer to do so. After 3 months of rip off billings, I complained to the TN Attorney General and within 3 days had an ATT supervisor personally monitoring our phone bill to make sure all credits had been received and that no further billings were being allowed. It's a shame that these people cannot be charged in criminal court or a class action suit cannot be filed.
