USA Bankruptcy Associates
Illegal work and failure to respond to inqueries about their guarantee

I went with this company because of the guarantee despite costing more than most bankruptcy petition preparers. Upon receiving the completed forms I found they did not sign the appropriate places for a non attorney preparer as required by 11 USC 110. Additionally nearly the entire petition had to be amended due to their errors. To date all 3 inquiries to them have not received a response.
