Picked up freight but won't deliver it

On March 24, Creative Moving picked up damaged chairs from San Clemente, CA 92672 for return to Gainesville, Florida. As of today, the chairs have not been returned to Gainesville. As a result, we are unable to get a refund for the damaged merchandise. We have learned that Creative Moving is operating without a valid DOT license - #1573100. Georgia Mountain Movers' license, DOT license # 1826148, is also invalid.
