Ilegal monopoly and the worst service/product/customer attention

I have been living in Miami at the Blue condominum where Primecast/Broadstar (Primeheist?) have had a monopoly choke hold on the TV/Cable service for 4 years now in my building, and looking like they have another 5 years more.

These thieves have the most UN-AMERICAN, POLICE-STATE "cushy" backdoor monoplistic deal I've ever seen in my life!!! I am forced to use their service! I have no option!!! WHERE ARE WE??? In russia? SOME 3RD WORLD DICTATORSHIP???

On top of that their product and service is the worst I have ever experienced ever since the advent of BROADBAND and Cable TV. Apparently they re-sell both DISH and DirectTV services thereby quialifying as and MDU (Mulit Dweller Unit...? I think) building where somewhere in the legislation of the CORRUPT state of Florida, they are permitted to screw all the folks that live in said MDU, by delivering the WORST service at inflated prices.

Primecast NIGHTMARE Example 1)

-In my first year of living there, they had 2 accounts registered under my name and continuosly kept double billing me and consequently shutting my service down every 2 or 3 months because of the confusion. I guess they where expecting me to pay my bill 2x...??? (that was a sarcastic remark if anyone from "Primeheist" is reading).

PRIMECAST - I will do everything in my power (Lawyers, Better Business Berau, FCC etc.) to get to the bottom of this RIP OFF!!!
