Broadstar Communications ARE THE WORST PRIMECAST / BROADSTAR IS A BIG RIP OFF

We are a 35 story 330 unit condo building in Miami, our developers that built this place signed us into a 10 YEAR EXCLUSIVE communications contract with this company. A WAS called Broadstar first but has since been acquired by PRIMECAST and THEY are THE WORST communications company I have ever come across. Our TV's go out all of the time, internet is NEVER the speed advertised, and the phones go out and we are unable to even call 911—life and safety are at risk!

Primecast is going in all over So FL so BEWARE if you are buying into a building that has this MONOPOLY of communications as we have no other options to use once the developer made this 'DEAL'! With the devil! I have heard that other developers are entering into these exclusive contracts with Primecast also with a 10 year LOCK. We have been in this contract for 3 years now and the service has not improved and do not forseeing them doing anything about it after 3 years of complaining.
If your phones go out due to the fact that they ARE NOT copper 'land lines' but voice over internet—much like Vonage—why not pay $24.99 a month rather that Primecast at $59.00 a month just for a volp phone line, my works better & more reliable than their line anyway!

Primecast is expensive and they do not deliver—they are one BIG RIP OFF!
