We the citizens of the complex possess a MAIN problem against USI POWER concerning water allowance. The complex transformed to HOUSTON PREPARED POWER and we were informed to inform USI about that issue and really shouldnot be obtaining anymore expenses. We're still receiving expenses after informing USI that people are spending HOUSTON PREPARED POWER to the condo management. They manage the funds for that citizens.

Just how can we cope with to USI POWER and make sure they are understand that we no further have to be receiving expenses once we are spending another organization. They've overlooked everybody about our emails and ceased funds for them.
