This Co. Reached out to me to save money, because NJNGas was raising their prices. When I could not pay my $342.00 Bill called to make payments found out my bill was $700.00 because NJNG changed the process for reporting monthly charges

If I could not pay $342.00 I certainly do not have $700.00 So I am making payments I can afford. Now they are telling me I owe $2000.00 for a breach of contract. How they came about this, is they purchased energy until my contract was up. My Complaint: their price for Therms is $1.58 NJNG is $1.10. How do they know how much gas I am going to use? I could be dead tomorrow and use none. How do they reach this figure? No one will tell me how much my real bill is I am going back to NJNG on May 14. I have lived in my house for 13 years and have never paid this much for Gas even when it snowed a lot. I think this is a bait and switch. I feel they were the ones that breached the contract not me. I also do not have $2000.00 to pay them.
