The Village Green rental houses based out-of Farmington Hills, MI. Has rental homes in Michigan, Illinois, Minnesota, and Ohio. They are a reasonably big administration organization, and rent out a variety of rental houses.

Allow it to be recognized that they're not returning my safety deposit. I quit the area pristine, no irregular use or split, end-of April-06'. That isn't actually their justification for not returning my deposit. They're attempting to inform me that my deposit cash was stored for "credits". Noone there may show me what they're. While I contact to obtain my money-back or get a reason, they behave as easilyam the furious rude man, and hang-up the telephone, when all Iam attempting to do is return what is mine.

These alleged credits they're talking about are breaks in lease. While actually, lease breaks utilized were due to their "two-weeks free" unique, after I had initially registered almost four years back. Today, they are attempting to inform me these emerge of my safety deposit. That is complete BS. Be really conscious if you should be considering hiring below, the support within the rental office is horrible, except your day you signal, they're just wonderful. Next, they might care less about you, and it is clearly since these rental brokers genuinely have no motivation
