The Great Escape

We bought a spa and gazebo In The Great Escape and also have had only issues. We paid-for a brand new Gazebo plus they mounted an extremely broken ground model. It was mounted backwards, the windows were broke, handles were broke, bits of timber were carved-out, the body was bent and also the doorway won't close. We've named again and again with no one ACTUALLY returns our calls. It's been extremely difficult to talk to a live person. We are in possession of a club that's simply resting within our yard lawn and we're not able to connect it-up till we solve this problem. The supervisor in the Aurora shop has screamed at me and stated there's nothing he is able to do and also the supervisor of customer support won't return our calls. I've requested to get a complete reimbursement but no body is asking back.
