The corporation had NO agreement to produce a PHONY sign in my title, but did so-and cashed it. They got my info which was supplied on the payday site (although I never got financing), subsequently produced a check (which appeared as if it'd been entered a term plan) and cashed it.
No endorsement from me.
No signature from me.
Deceptive check produced in my own name.
Stolen money from my account.
