Print Firm, Company never once made up for a mistake - Mistakes Made Often, always an excuse - never a refund

We are a reseller who gives them alot of business throughout the year. A few months ago we ordered (for our customer) postcard roladex cars. Basically it's a postcard but they perforate it so a rolodex card will "pop out".

Well, they "forgot" to perforate it and sent it to our customer. Needless to say they were upset when they arrived. Did you know printfirm made us pay half to have them shipped back to them so they could perforate them? Then... They made us pay half again to have them re-shipped. It was 100% their mistake.

Since then, in the comment section we always put "BE SURE TO PERFORATE THESE". Well. Guess what. They did it again and my customer needs them for a trade show. They cannot meet the time frame and they refuse to give us a refund. We honor any mistake we make, so we are forced to give our customer a refund. Basically, we got stuck with it.

Print Firm has never once honored a claim. To any reseller out there I would recommend using 4over.com. This company take care of their customers. I will never use Print Firm again.
