Ripoff

I had been informed today that I can not obtain a alternative to my telephone, that will be shattered, simply because they state that it had been "deterioration" and "no incident". Used to donot understand it created any distinction, since we were informed it'd be coated for whatever purpose... Not only for accidents.! I've settled them each month for that previous 24 months, for both telephones, since we were informed they substitute for almost any cause. But... Since after I popped my telephone and also the joint was shattered, they declare it's "deterioration"! I told them that used to donot understand if it had been from me falling the phone constantly or starting the telephone, however it smashed.in my experience, that's a collision plus they must change it. It is a $50 deductible anyway and that I realize that telephones do not charge that much to displace. Why am I spending all of them this cash if they'renot likely to do the things they claim they'll.
