Conair Foot Spa
Bad service

I bought a Conair Foot Club for an aged friend. I bought it at TJ Maxx for $22.00. Following the first use, her legs swelled, and also the bottom level of her thighs were numb for some times. The merchandise was applied correctly. TJ Maxx won't provide me a reimbursement or shop trade. Does Conair possess a plan under these problems? Thanks for the aid.
