I have been a faithful user of conair products. I had one of my straighteners go out on me, by this i mean that the product will not heat. So i thought maybe i over used it. So I bought a new one. The same problem happened again so i decided hey I'll thy one more, I Just had it go out on me.

I was tired of it happening so i decided to call the company and tell them that with in the past year i have had 2 of them go out on me.instead of any other company, they said i have to send it with my money and then for the shipping and handling back to me i have to write them another check.
