Deceptive Trade Practices

VistaPrint advertises everything "FREE!"... Well, consumers beware of them. The latest "innovation" to fleece their customers comes from uploading images. While they advertise you can get rack cards for as low was $14.99, you will surely have a $4.99 image upload fee.
My real issue here is that they are deceptive about it. When I went into my portfolio and worked on revising my rack cards and adding more images, I wasn't aware of a fee until I went to purchase them. Only then did I realize they have this "upload fee."
When I inquired about this, the clerk explained that it was all there on their website, on the home page. I asked her what was the purpose of a portfolio for my work if I had to go read everything on their homepage evertime I wanted to do something.in fact, the information wasn't actually on their home page, it was on another page somewhere else.
While they provide cheap printing, buyers must beware of these trade practices. Its a HUGE profit center for them because most people don't fight it; they just harbor ill-will and go on. No me.
