We talked to ramon @ 1st guaranty and he put us in touch with a lady named Sam @ crossland credit. She said that she could have our credit repaired within 2 months and it would cost $695. We aren't gullable enough to believe it could happen that fast but we've seen other go thru credit repair and it worked. We figured it didn't happen over nite it wouldn't get fixed that fast either.

At first the stuff was coming off.in fact one credit score went from the low 500's to above 700 so we were extremely happy. Then we tried to get in touch with Mike or Sam and the phone numbers were disconnected and so we emailed, they to got returned that the address was invalid. We figured since it was coming off thee must just be a problem with the phone lines.

Mike then contacted us and said they were updating their computers and to call back monday, that is today. I got my mail and there was an updated credit report. The one that was over 700, it appears that everything they got off has been put back on. How can that happen? I've tried calling them again today and nothing. So i looked on here and seen a lot of others having problems too. So i contacted my bank to see what my rights were. They told me to file a complaint with the attorney general in my state and that it would get forwarded to florida to the attorey general there and that they would also file a chargeback for the money i paid.

As i previously said we were really happy until everyting got put back onto the reports. Does anyone know if they're allowed to do that once they've been off for a while? Beware of this company!!!
