Ripped us off of 695.00

In march we started working with mike pertosky and mark marshall at crossland credit to improve our credit score we paid them 695.00 we were told that it takes about 45 days to get reports back from creditors and then they can start working in our behalf well it has be 8 months now and no comuncations with anyone from that company except wthen we got lucky and did get someone her name was angie whom transferred us to someone that was not real clear about what was going on in the company she did say mike and mark are no longer with the company she had to find my file and she would get back with us in a week we waited and she nevered called after a week so i got her again and she starts with the 45 day thing again give us a break what they are telling people is bs and we want our money back all of it not part of it. We want 695.00 back for services not done
