Rip off, i paid for items and were not deliver to me

The Owner Cindy who has been to jail for selling gambleling equipment is a rip off, first of all i bought something at her store, paid for it in cash, but I was unable to pick it up and she sold it to someone else told me i was not getting a refund or a store credit it was my problem because i left it there for more then 7 days., bad buisness she over prices and takes advantage of people on fix income, her place is nasty and she talks about everyone she can, she gossips and rip off what a shame, no wonder she has no one she can keep working there
