Ripoff, did not pay for services, lied about paying me, regularly bounce employee checks, owner over bills clients

It was agreed that I would design two logos and redesign the Tricom Solutions web site because it the logos and web site lacked any kind of imagination or skill to produce.in talking with Jon Trump (works for both of these companies, both are under one roof) there was a verbal agreement made about the scope of the work and he wanted me to start right away on the designs and write up a proposal. I showed him preliminary sketches of what I had done and on a second occassion I provided refined sketches, a proposal and an invoice of the work done so far. That was on a Thursday.

Monday came and I hadn't heard from him. I called to speak with him and he told me that he hadn't had a chance to go over the proposal with the owner, Janet Livingston, but to continue work on the web site and logos. I called Tuesday, he didn't take my call. I called Wednesday, he didn't take my call. I called his cell phone, he didn't answer. I called Thursday, he didn't take my call. I called his cell phone, he didn't answer. I called Friday, he didn't take my call. You get the point.

I mailed a second notice invoice. No reply. I haven't heard from him or Janet for two weeks now and that leads me to believe that they have no intention of paying me what I'm owed. So, Friday I will issue a final notice invoice and if no reply, will send them to collections.
I figure that if people know what kind of people work for this sad example of a business then they will take their business to another company, one that won't over charge for sub-par service and one that has Total Quality People working for them.
