Tricom communications rip-off! AKA TriWorld Communications

I went in their and i was helped by a gentlemen named nick and he did not resolve any of my problems, he diassagreed with everything i said, rude and was talking on his cell phone, when he told me to hold on, i heard a girls voice on his phone i think it was his girlfriend but i am not sure. Nick was pre occupied with something else. I will never shop there again very bad expierence and i told all of my friends that go there.
